    1. Refund Policy

    • All sales final: Due to the immediate, digital nature of our training materials, all purchases are non-refundable.
    • Instant access benefit: You receive full access to the interactive flipbooks and guides immediately upon purchase.
    • No returns possible: Digital content cannot be physically returned or revoked once accessed or viewed.
    • Exception clause: Refunds are only issued if strictly required by local consumer protection laws.
    • Support commitment: If you experience access or viewing issues, email brent@brenttaylorphotography.com for troubleshooting assistance.

    2. Lifetime Access Policy

    • Product lifetime defined: "Lifetime access" refers to the operational lifetime of the specific product, not the buyer.
    • Active hosting: Access continues as long as the product remains actively hosted on our delivery platforms, such as Heyzine.
    • Discontinuation notice: If we decide to retire a product or course, we will notify you via email 30 days in advance.
    • Download provision: If a product is discontinued, you will receive alternative links to download the core materials permanently.
    • Non-transferable rights: Your access right belongs solely to you and cannot be sold, transferred, or shared.

    3. Pricing and Currencies

    • Primary currency: Base prices for content access are set and processed in US Dollars (USD).
    • International sales: Products are offered in Canada and worldwide in multiple local currencies.
    • Exchange rates: Final checkout amounts in other currencies are calculated based on current conversion rates at checkout.
    • Bank fees: Brentec Photo Skills is not responsible for foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.
